The mission of FindECs is to help bridge the education information gap globally. We believe that lowering informational arbitrage at scale is extremely positive-sum and aids long-term equality of opportunity. We built a user-friendly platform that made it easy for students to get access to the extracurricular opportunities available to them.
We hand-crafted the database, finding the most relevant extracurriculars in each field. We launched in January, and went viral on instagram reels. By the end of the month, 100,000 students had used our platform. In March, we were acquired by Snow.day, an EdTech company building the data infrastructure for the future of education.
